Firm Overview

Engleman Fallon, PLLC brings more than 50 years of Energy Regulatory and Litigation experience to address complex client needs in a cost-effective manner. Whether your needs are regulatory or litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, state regulatory bodies, or a variety of adjudicative bodies, including appellate courts, founders Mike Engleman and Bob Fallon have the experience to guide you to a successful outcome. Simply put, Bob and Mike deliver big firm experience and results with better service without the big firm rates and overhead.

Founded by Mike Engleman and Bob Fallon, the firm brings a combination of unique experiences to bear on client problems. Between Bob’s 12 years at FERC, Mike’s 5 years in-house at a regulated utility and their combined 30 years’ law firm experience representing transmission developers, investor owned utilities, independent power producers, and natural gas and oil pipeline shippers and pipelines, they have experienced nearly every issue and unique problems clients face. In addition, Mike has particular experience with litigated matters, whether they are in state or federal court, the appellate system or arbitration (U.S. or International).

After years in some of the biggest law firms in the world, Bob and Mike decided to start Engleman Fallon to take their practices back to fundamentals: teaming with clients to resolve legal matters in an efficient, cost-effective manner. Let Engleman Fallon become part of your team and experience the results that can be achieved by representation dedicated to you and not on the inherent inefficiencies of billable hour requirements, multi-city office overhead or conflicts.  For more information, contact Bob or Mike via phone or e-mail.
