The Firm was founded in 2018 by Mike Engleman and Bob Fallon when they left global law firms to take their practices back to fundamentals: teaming with clients to resolve legal matters in an efficient manner. Our focus has remained client-centric with each endeavor prefaced by the question: will this help us provide better legal service to and better results for our clients? At Engleman Fallon, our commitment is to evaluate each engagement for its unique needs and structure the project team and pricing to achieve the desired results. Our boutique practice has also allowed Engleman Fallon to team with a client’s existing counsel that lacks the necessary energy and litigation expertise to better serve the client’s needs.
During his twelve years at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Bob worked on landmark regulatory orders on the gas side of FERC’s jurisdiction. Mike spent five years in-house at a regulated utility handling local and national litigation and has thirty years of litigation experience in administrative hearings, state or federal court, arbitration (including international) and appellate matters. Regarding regulatory matters, the members of the Firm have represented electric transmission owners and developers, investor-owned utilities, independent power producers, public power entities, natural gas and oil pipeline shippers, renewable natural gas developers, renewable power developers, hydroelectric owners, retail suppliers, investors in each of the above endeavors, and a water utility.
